Despite our rigorous quality checks, occasionally delivery conditions can affect delicate flowers. In the rare event your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please let us know immediately on the day of delivery. We kindly ask you to keep the arrangement and provide us with a clear photo of the damaged flowers so we can assess the situation swiftly.
Our arrangements are designed to remain fresh and beautiful for a minimum of 5 days from delivery, provided they are kept indoors in water and away from direct sunlight or heat sources. If your flowers do not meet this standard of freshness during this time, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for a photo to help us understand the issue and continually improve our service.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged or fails to maintain its freshness within the 5-day window, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement arrangement, delivered at the earliest mutually convenient time. We strive to process refunds or arrange a replacement within 2 working days of your request being approved.
We kindly note that refunds and replacements are only applicable if you notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged flowers, or within the 5-day freshness window if freshness is the concern. We do not offer refunds or replacements for arrangements that have not been cared for as per our care guidance.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos to help us understand your concern.
